This dApp is an interface to smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain. Here is what you are agreeing to, in plain words.
- Experimental software. Daimon is open-source software provided "as is", without warranties. Smart contracts can contain defects: an audit reduces the risk, it does not eliminate it.
- No offer, no advice. Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, or financial, legal or tax advice. No one sells DMN, and no company operates the protocol.
- No one can reverse a transaction. You interact directly with a public blockchain, and every transaction is final: not the contributors, not the DAO, no one can undo or refund it. Digital assets can lose all their value.
- Lawful use where you are. The interface does not restrict access by location. By accepting, you confirm that using it is lawful where you are, and that you are not subject to sanctions (UN, EU, US OFAC, UK or equivalent).
